I am noticing the internet and social media is a buzz this morning already over a Washington Post article indicating that Hurricane Jose and Hurricane Maria could do what is knows and the Fuijiwhara Dance. You may get many descriptions on what that effect is but here is how to break it down.

The tropics continue to be active. There are currently 3 storms out in the Atlantic right now and at this point none of them pose a threat to the county. Let's take a look at the three storms.

As we have all observed over the past few weeks the tropics have been active with Hurricane's Harvey & Irma.
La Nina hinting at a return for winter?
As we start to march closer to the cooler months of the last half of 2017 and the first half of 2018. Thoughts begin to resonate on what kind of winter weather we will have.
Wednesday Weather Update
Good Wednesday Morning! We are in for a fairly nice day around the county. Could see a few isolated showers move through later this afternoon but nothing to worry with. The high today will top out at around 78º
Tuesday Weather Update. Rain and Wind will start to diminish as we move through the day.
Irma certainly gave us what she had to offer from the far right of the storm. We had some power outages related to Irma around the county and as of the time of this article we are at around 480 outages in the county per Duke Energy.
Monday Weather Update
Good Monday Morning! As we begin to move through the next 36 hours we will start to feel the effects of Hurricane Irma here in the county. The good news is those affects are far better than they were near the end of last week.
