The story for today will be rain once again. The good news is chances for severe weather are marginal. Let's take a look at the factors that will play into today's forecast.

After yesterday's strong storms the question on every ones mind is will we see a repeat today. First let me start off by saying not likely. The conditions today are not as favorable for storms to become severe.

Tuesday Weather Update
The weather today is going to be a roller coaster ride in some ways. The real concern for most of the day will be the heat index. It is likely we will see the heat index in the upper 90's today.

Happy Independence day everyone! I hope that you are going to be safe and responsible while celebrating. Let's talk about what to expect from the weather today and tonight when Fireworks Festivities will be occurring.
The high today will be around 88º here in the county.
Friday Weather Update
We have made it to the end of the workweek! As we kickoff this Fourth of July Holiday Weekend the weather will be kind to us in terms of potentially staying mainly dry today.
The high will be right at 90º

Rain chances are back in play for this evening however, I am not looking for much to develop in the county tonight.

We are in the middle of the week and rain chances persist. I think our chances today are better than yesterday for more meaningful rain fall. Look for those chances to amp up later this evening. The high today will be in the mid 80's to around 86º by 4pm.

We have had some light rain off and on today and we will continue to see that trend continue throughout the day. Not looking for a whole lot in the way of accumulation today.
