Tuesday Weather Update
It's going to be another day of warm temperatures around the county. No rain in sight for relief as far as today goes.
The high today will top out around 90º
It's been a dry year. How dry is it?
One thing is for certain. We can never get enough rain to be satisfied. Myself included in this. I always complain if we go more than a few days without rain. Then I also complain when it has done nothing but rain on a particular day. This year has certainly been dry.
It's been a hot summer! How does it compare?
No question this summer has been a more humid summer compared to last summer. The real question is how does that heat compare to summers of the past?

Monday Weather Update
It's the first day of the new school year and the kids are out of the house. So if you are home alone right now and want to know how to plan your day. The weather will have no impact on outdoor activities you would like to engage in.

Sunday Weather Update
Today is the beginning of a new run of dry weather. The good news is the humidity levels are a bit lower to help the outside air feel a little more manageable.

The tropics continue to heat up
The tropics are continuing to be active. There are two systems out in the Atlantic that I wan to focus on simply because they are the closest areas that could provide some sort of weather to the southeast United States. One of which cold bring some rain to our area if it takes a certain track.

Saturday Weather Update
For the first time in a few days rain chances exist in the forecast. Today will be a hot and humid day that could end with a few isolated showers and thunderstorms.

We are into another hot week of high school football around the county. The action will not only be hot on the field but the temps off the field will be hot as well. Here is what to expect quarter by quarter at tonights games.
