Don't expect much for rain on Friday
Our focus over the past 24 hours have been on the potential for rainfall tomorrow. As I stated in my last blog post even though I am forecasting a 60% chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms. There's not much to this system when it gets to our area.

As we close in on the weekend the discussion has been mainly about a chance for rain Friday. At this point I would not get to excited about any real measurable amount of rainfall. Chances currently stand at around 60% for an isolated shower or maybe even a thunderstorm.

Tuesday Morning Weather Update
In the past 36 hours I am sure you have been thinking to yourself. Wow! Where did summer come from? Well if you are not a fan of 80º days this is a short lived streak. A dry cold front will move in over the next 24 hours to get us back down to the low 70's for highs.

Today look for highs in the mid 60's with mostly sunny skies. As of 4 pm this afternoon the models are expecting temperatures around 64º

I hope your Thursday has been good to you so far! There is no reason why the weather can't make it better. Today is going to be a pretty sunny day until later tonight. Clouds will begin to thicken in the evening hours and could make for a pretty spectacular sunset if things go I hope they do.
