MONDAY AFTERNOON...

West northwest winds of 10 to 20 mph, along with gusts in excess
of 20 mph are expected across the western Piedmont of North
Carolina on Monday. Relative humidity values are also expected to
dip to 25 to 30 percent across this area during the afternoon. 
These conditions will result in increased fire danger across the 
area. 

Please refer to your local burn permitting authorities on whether
you can burn today. If you do burn...use extreme caution since
fires can quickly get out of hand under these conditions.
