TROPICAL DEPRESSION SIX has formed in the Atlantic

For the past few days, I have been keeping you aware of several disturbances in the Atlantic. One of those has developed into a tropical depression near the Winward Islands. As of right now this system has zero impact on the Carolinas over the next seven days and is expected to weaken to a post tropical depression by Monday. Rowan County Weather will continue to keep an eye on these disturbances as they continue to develop and or dissipate in the Atlantic.
