Tuesday Weather Update

As we move through the day today things will be slightly cooler with a decent chance of storms later today. It is possible that some of these storms could be strong to severe so be weather aware and pay attention to weather updates.

The high today will top out at 92º

Dew Points will make the outside air feel oppressive today at 72º

Models are indicating a line of storms moving east out of the mountains later this afternoon and evening that could bring strong to severe storms our way.

CAPE levels are a little elevated but not enough for me to be to overly concerned.

Heavy downpours are possible that could bring anywhere form an inch to two inches of rain to some parts of the county.

I will continue to monitor the radar and models as the data comes in and provide updates right here and on social media as storms move into the county.
