A below average temperature day on tap.

As we begin another school year here in Rowan County. We are going back with a definite fall like feel in the air this morning. The low started out at around 60º in many places around the county. The high today will top out at around 78º

We could see some isolated showers move through the county later today but the amount of rainfall looks to be less than a tenth of an inch overall. 

Future Cast is showing a few isolated showers moving into the county around 9pm this evening. 

The remainder of the week looks to have some isolated rain chances until we get to Friday. High School Football is looking dry.
