The rains are starting to move out but the cold air will remain in place. We will see a mix of sun and clouds over Rowan County throughout the remainder of the day. The high today will only top out at about 50º
Winds will be gusty at times today with gust of around 24 miles per hour possible
The low tonight will be a very chilly 23º
