Early Dismissal for the Southern Rowan Christmas Parade
Morning Arrival (6 AM – 8 AM):
Students will head out to dry weather with mostly cloudy skies. Temperatures will be in the upper 40s to near 50 degrees with calm winds. No rain is expected during the arrival window, and travel conditions will be favorable.
Early Dismissal Window (2 PM – 4 PM):
Moisture will increase through the afternoon, but most areas are expected to remain dry during the dismissal period. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 60s with mostly cloudy skies. There is a slight chance of a brief light shower, mainly toward the end of the dismissal window, but widespread rain is not expected until later in the evening.
Tuesday Evening and Overnight:
Showers and thunderstorms will become likely after sunset, especially after midnight. Rain may be heavy at times in thunderstorms. Overnight lows will be near 58 degrees.
