Trick Or Treat Forecast (First Look)

We are closing in on Halloween Night. When all of the little ones get dressed up as ghost, goblins, princesses, super hero's and so on. The question always remains is will their costume be warm enough? So let's take a look at what to expect.

Halloween Night I am looking for temperatures to be in the low 60's around the time the little ones head out to Trick or Treat. Skies will be mostly clear with no chance of rain to worry with. You may want to keep a light jacket handy for the little ones.

I am sure the forecast will adjust a few times in terms of temperatures between now and then so that is why I have this titled as a first look.
