Charlotte FC today announced Andrea Cannavacciuolo as the Club’s Head of Mental Performance.
He joins Head Coach Christian Lattanzio’s coaching staff in a unique role focused on mental and psychological performance for the Club’s coaches, technical staff, and players.

This Saturday the Charlotte Fc will begin its 2nd season in MLS action when the club faces the New England Revolution at 7:30pm. The club is asking fans to "Fill the Fortress" as the Club looks to maintain its single game MLS attendance record.

Charlotte FC player Anton Walkes passes away at age. 25
The Charlotte Football Club confirmed this morning the tragic and heartbreaking news that defender Anton Walkes passed away early Thursday morning following an accident in South Florida.
He was 25 years old.

Charlotte FC Injury Update: Kristijan Kahlina
On Monday the club confirmed goalkeeper Kristijan Kahlina has undergone a successful back surgery. He is expected to make a full recovery.
Tuesday rain chances
There will be several chances for rain this week. The first of which will be tomorrow. Low pressure currently over the central region of the country will track northeast over the next 24 to 36 hours. (Show in the image below) Bringing a line of showers to the area and the county.
A look ahead to the end of January
There is no question the start of the year was definitely one of the hottest starts to any year on record. Temperatures over the past week have been a little closer to average for this time of year. As we look ahead to the next few weeks temperatures will be above average.
