We’re sitting at 49 degrees as of this update with northeast winds around 6 mph. Humidity is at 74 percent, visibility is clear at 10 miles, and wind chill makes it feel closer to 46 degrees.

It’s a cool but beautiful Presidents Day across the area.

We’re headed for sunshine today with a high near 59 degrees. Winds stay out of the north-northeast around 5 to 9 mph, with a few gusts up to 18 mph possible this afternoon.

Tonight — mostly clear and calm with a low around 35 degrees. With saturated ground from recent rainfall, I’ll be watching for patchy fog development toward early Tuesday morning.
