A strong thunderstorm is currently tracking toward northwestern Rowan County, bringing the potential for gusty winds, hail, heavy rain, and lightning through 9:30 PM EDT.
Storm Overview
As of 9:06 PM, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm located approximately 6 miles southeast of Statesville or 4 miles east of Troutman, moving northeast at 20 mph.
