Brady Ailshie got the start on the mound and delivered 4.2 solid innings, allowing four hits and two earned runs while striking out four. After keeping West Stanly in check for most of his outing, he handed the ball over to his brother, Harrison, who took control in relief. Harrison shut the door with 2.1 dominant innings, allowing just one hit, striking out four, and not surrendering a single walk to earn the win.
At the plate, East Rowan found timely hitting to support their pitchers. Bradley led the charge, going 2-for-3 with a double and driving in three runs. Blackwelder and Goodman each added a hit, while Phelps contributed an RBI. Stewart also played a key role, crossing the plate twice to help East Rowan secure the victory.
With the win, East Rowan showcased both strong pitching and timely offense, a combination that could serve them well as the season progresses.
