* WHAT...Very cold wind chills in the single digits expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northeast Georgia, Piedmont and western North
Carolina, and Upstate South Carolina.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills can result in hypothermia and
frostbite if precautions are not taken.
