* WHAT...North winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph
expected.
* WHERE...In North Carolina, Cabarrus, Gaston, Mecklenburg, Rowan,
and Union NC Counties. In South Carolina, Chester and York
Counties.
* WHEN...From 2 PM this afternoon to 2 AM EDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
