* At 151 PM EDT, Rainfall across Rowan county had totaled 3.5 to 4.5
inches and the threat of additional heavy tropical rain showers
will linger into the afternoon, Many streams across the county are
likely out of their banks and remain wary of flooded roads as
excessive runoff continues.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain.

IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
other poor drainage and low-lying areas.
