At 915 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles southwest of Kannapolis, or near West Concord, moving east at
30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Kannapolis, Downtown Concord, Salisbury, West Concord, Granite
Quarry, Rockwell, Mt Pleasant, Faith, High Rock Lake, and China
Grove.
