...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT CENTRAL IREDELL AND WESTERN
ROWAN COUNTIES THROUGH 415 PM EDT...

At 331 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 4
miles southeast of Statesville, or near Troutman, moving southeast at
20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
possible.

Locations impacted include...
Statesville, Salisbury, Mooresville, Troutman, Cleveland, Enochville,
Lake Norman State Park, Lake Norman, Mount Ulla, and Piedmont
Research Station.
