Charlotte FC is looking for another away result as they face defending MLS Cup champions, the Columbus Crew. The Crown is coming off an impressive road win over Supporter Shield Leaders, FC Cincinnati, where they dominated the game 3-1. The match will be the second of three straight away matches for Charlotte in league play.
Charlotte FC and the Columbus Crew will meet for their sixth match-up in league history. The Crown is is 2-1-2 against the Crew, having only lost once in their all-time matchups. The teams most recently met just five matches into the 2024 season, where Charlotte defended their home stadium in 2-0 win.
