"We are incredibly proud to share this report with our community. Under Dave and Nicole's leadership, we have always envisioned the impact of the Club to be more than just a Major League Soccer team, and this inaugural report is a testament to the Club's transformative impact on communities across the Carolinas," said Charlotte FC President Joe LaBue. "Not only does this report reflect the collective effort and commitment to serving the Carolinas, but it also showcases the collective joy felt through building community. We are so excited to continue this important work for years to come."

MORE THAN JUST A SPORT

When cultivating the vision for Charlotte FC back in 2019, community impact was crucial to the Club’s foundation. The report maps the Club’s foundational community impact pillars that drive work beyond the sport of soccer, including upward mobility, military support and food insecurity.

THE IMPACT

Charlotte FC experienced a lot of big moments in 2023. While the Club was reaching new milestones on the pitch, there was also important work being invested into the community every day through youth soccer and literacy programming, resource access events, camps, clinics and more. The report highlights several key metrics and milestones reached through community initiatives, including:

7,038 total youth served

5,4777,000 active minutes played by youth across CLTFC programming
