* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of piedmont North Carolina, including the
following county, Rowan.
* WHEN...Until noon EST.
* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 702 AM EST, After yesterday's heavy rainfall, there will
continue to be flooding of low-lying areas this morning
across many Yadkin River tributaries, especially along
Second, Third and Fourth Creeks, as well as Grants Creek.
