...FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of piedmont North Carolina, including the
following county, Rowan.
* WHEN...Until 400 PM EST.
* IMPACTS...River or stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1142 AM EST, Still remain wary of flooding of low-lying
areas this afternoon as rivers in the reach have been very
slow to recede. Yadkin River tributaries which continue to
see high water conditions include, but are not limited to
Second, Third, Fourth, and Grants Creeks.
