Southeast Middle School Football Coach Hilliard talks about the team and facility upgrades

Phillip Hilliard brings a wealth of experience to the football and baseball teams at Southeast Middle School. Hilliard a Rowan Salisbury Schools graduate himself has coached in several sports at various locations around the county. He is passionate about providing great experiences and facilities at Southeast Middle. During this interview filmed on Friday, August 25th we discussed the football team and baseball team and Southeast Middle. He provided great insight on his clubs and players. Coach also spoke about drainage challenges that has forced the softball and baseball teams to make some relocation adjustments during their seasons. The school is in the midst of improving drainage issues on their baseball/softball fields that will help return the teams back to their home fields giving the clubs better and safer surfaces to play on. A great opportunity to feel like what it's like to pay at the next level is coming in the month of September when the football team faces off against China Grove Middle School under the lights at the Catawba College Football Stadium.
