Rainy & Windy
The title of today's blog certainly will sum up the weather for this Wednesday. We will see a high of around 56º today with very little movement on the thermometer. We will drop down to a low of only 50º this evening.

We will see some gusty winds throughout the day today. Some of these gust will range between 30 & 40 miles per hour. Combine that with rain and we could see a few trees or power lines come down around the county today and this evening.

We will see rain continue off and on throughout the day with periods of moderate to heavy rainfall at times. More widespread rainfall will move into the county around 11am this morning.

We will see a break from the rainfall for a few hours during the evening as rain moves out around 5pm. Don't get to excited though because it will only be for a few hours.

Rain moves back in around 10pm this evening and will be around into Thursday.

Not a washout today but we will certainly get our fair share of rainfall. As far as accumulations go we will see between a quarter to a half of an inch of rainfall around the county by midnight tonight.

I will of course keep you updated right here and on social media as we continue to monitor conditions throughout the day and evening. As always thank you for following Rowan County Weather!
