A chilly Wednesday with some rain

Well you don't have to be a forecaster or Meteorologist to walk outside and no that today the temperatures are well below average. We are in store for a chilly day today with the high of around 49º 

We will deal with rain mostly this morning that will start to clear out as we move through the afternoon.

Not looking for much in the way of accumulation. Things don't move much in terms of the temperature as we only drop a few degrees tonight to a low of around 43º
