Tuesday Weather Update

Things will begin to transition later today that may set the stage for severe weather tomorrow. Today we will deal with a few dynamics as the pattern begins to make the change. The high today will top out at around 73º

The winds will be gusty today as we will see some gust as high as 26 miles per hour.

We will see some rain move in later today. I think it will mainly be light rain but there could be a few isolated downpours and maybe some rumbles of Thunder on occasion. The CAPE levels are low so I am pretty optimistic that we will not see any severe weather today or this evening.

I am not expecting much in the way of accumulation this evening. We could see around a tenth of an inch with a few isolated areas getting a little more. Otherwise, this should be a light rain event with gusty winds for today and this evening.

The low tonight will bottom out at around 59º so it will be a very muggy and mild evening.
