Friday Weather Update

Earlier this week we were dealing with single digit low temperatures. So it's only right in North Carolina to hit 70º by the end of the week right? That's where we are going to land today. The high temperature will top out at 71º

The winds today will be gusty at times with gust of around 13 miles per hour possible.

Rain is possible later this evening but accumulations will be very light around the county. Anywhere from a trace to a tenth of an inch is possible.

Rain will be extremely isolated and is not expected to arrive until late this evening. Around 11pm or even later.

The low tonight will bottom out at around 41º
