Cold Sunday Forecast

If you have stepped outside already today you know that #RoCold is in full effect around the county this morning. It is going to be extremely cold today. I know your kids want to play outside in the snow. Let them. I am letting mine. Just limit their time to at least 10 or 15 minutes. Bring them back in side for an hour or so then you can let them go back out for another 10 or 15 minutes. The high today is only going to top out at around 26º

The winds will be pretty light maximum gust today of around 8 miles per hour are possible.

The low tonight will bottom out even colder than last night. Looking at a low of around 5º (Look at the area just northwest of the county where some heavier snow fell. Because of the snow in that area they could see lows below 0º tonight)

One last reminder. If you have pets that you leave outside. Please bring them in! If you think its cold when you walk outside and you go back in to seek shelter form the cold. Think of how they feel by being out in the cold all the time. Bring the pets inside.
