Trick Or Treat Forecast (3rd Look)

W are now just two days away from the little ones heading out on Halloween night to get into the annual pilgrimage of trick or treat. As they go out looking for candy and other treats while being dressed as their favorite character of choice. As they head out it is always in the mind of their parent if they are dressed appropriately for the weather. I have put out two early looks at the the Halloween Trick or Treat Forecast and as we have approached the holiday the only changes have been the temperature but only within a few degrees. The skies will be clear and the temperature will be around 61º
