Saturday Weather Update

As we start to get into the heart of the weekend. A northeast breeze will help pull some of the humidity out of the air. We are going to see a slight cool down (If you can think of temperatures in the mid to upper 80's as a cool down) We will also have drier air. Rain will return early next week and boy do we need it. As far as today goes. Here are the areas that will have the impact on today's weather for us.

The high will be in the mid to upper 80's today.

The air will feel oppressive today as the dew points will be in the low 70's

I continue to see reports on the news about young children and pets being left in hot cars with no air conditioning to keep them cool. I don't care what you have to do as a reminder but please do not get out of your car and leave your child or pet in the car with out the air conditioner being on. It takes just a few minutes for the interior of your car to heat up to over 100º
