Friday Weather Update

As we head into the weekend the heat will start to ramp up. Today will be the coolest day we have for the foreseeable future and today is not going to be cool by anyone's standards.

We will see the high's top out in the mid to upper 80's today with the temperature at 85º around 4 o'clock today.

I have to point this out as the death toll once again this year is already on the rise for children and pets being left in cars without the air conditioning running. If you are going into a store even for what you perceive as a few moments. Take your child with you! If you have to leave them in the car. Take a spare set of keys. Lock them in the car with the engine running and leave the air conditioning on. It only takes about 20 minutes in eat like today to warm the air temperature in your car to over 100º

The dew points will feel nice out there for today at least. In the mid 50's which is considered pleasant.

Although I am certain the chart below will become a talking point over the next few days with the dew points. 

Remember air quality alert out today for high levels of ground level ozone. If you have respiratory issues. Please stay inside as much as possible today.
