Thursday Rainfall Update

advertise your local business here »We woke up this morning to cold temperatures that were below freezing. How are we getting paid back for this evil deed in April? We will cold air and rain of course. The good news is most of the rainfall will occur overnight with the majority of us are sleeping. Not much rainfall will come with this system but any amount is needed.
Look for rainfall to begin between midnight and 1 am. A few isolated showers will pop up ahead of the mainline.
The rain will continue off and n through the overnight before we see clearing around or just after the morning commute.
Overall not much in the way of totals depending on where you are around the county I expect anywhere from a tenth of an inch to around a half of an inch.
I will post another update later this evening with any changes but we will certainly get some overnight rainfall that may have some impact on tomorrow morning's commute. As always thank you for following Rowan County Weather!
