We started the month of February off with the warmest high temperature of the month at 71 degrees. A feat matched only once more in the month on February 24th.
February 3rd brought us our first rainfall of the month at just under a half an inch of accumulation. We would see rain three more times in the month for a monthly total of just under two and a half inches. This puts us below normal in rainfall for the month by just over an inch.
Our lowest temperature of the month came on February the 11th when we hit a low of 15 degrees.
In terms of average temperatures this February ranked in at 48th warmest all time for the county.
This was the 31st driest February all time for the county.
All in all February was pretty kind to us in terms of heating cost since it was a fairly mild month.

Now let's take a quick look ahead to March and what we can expect.
Temperatures are expected to be right at average overall for the month. This would put us with highs in the low 60's and low temperatures in the upper 30's.

The precipitation outlook for the month of March looks to have us slightly above average for the month. Average rainfall totals for March is around four inches.
