Rain will not be our only weather event to deal with today. We will see wind speeds start to increase throughout the day as a cold front begins to move closer to the region. Sustained winds of around 15-20mph are likely.

Wind gust will also be on the rise throughout the day as well. We could see gust of 25-30mph around the county as we move through the day. It is likely we could see some trees and power lines come down with the already saturated ground around the county.
